New for Spring of 2024 we will be offering some new adventures here in Southern Ohio. Kayaking and Tubing trips down the beautiful and peaceful Brush Creek through Adams and Scioto Counties. These will not be your normal public access Trips, All of our stops will be at Privately owned Farms scattered along the River, you will be able to get out on the banks at these locations and stretch your legs, enjoy a nice shore lunch picnic or even stay at one of our primitive camping spots overnight and continue down the river the next day. Take your time and enjoy the trip and we will be there to pick you up and return you and your Kayak to the spot you launched from. You can rent a Kayak from us or bring your own, if you will need to rent a kayak it is recommended to make a reservation in advance to ensure that a kayak will be available upon arrival. Tubes will also be rented and reservable.
We will Also be offering daily Hiking trips, Primitive camping and even vacation rentals on our private 600 acre farm in Adams county.

Kayaking and Tubing
Whether you are a skilled kayaker or this is your first time on the water we have you covered, There will be do it yourself as well as Guided trips down Brush Creek.
Do it Yourself Kayak trips start at just $55 bucks that includes all day access to the river and at our 7 stops along the way as well as shuttle service back to the main Landing.

Kayaking Prices (Per Person)
DIY Daily Kayaking with your own equipment. $55
DIY Daily Kayaking with our equipment $65. with a $100 returnable deposit.
Guided Day Trips With Your Equipment $70
Guided Day Trips with our equipment $80 with a $100 returnable deposit.
Overnight camping along the way is $25 per night per person.
Tubing Prices
All Tubing trips are $30 Each with your own equipment or $45 each with ours includes Shuttle service.
Our Landings
South Lodge Access This is the Starting point for most excursions it is a 2.85 mile trip to the next landing. Snook Farm Access
Snook Farm access to Outback Farm access is a .95 mile trip.
Outback farm access to Cabin farm access is .52 miles
Cabin farm access to the Sawmill farm access is 4.54 miles
Sawmill Farm access to river fork is 2.25 miles
Left fork to Train Track farm access is then .50 miles this is the end of the line on the left fork.
Right Fork is .25 mile to Brush Creek community Park
Community Park to 348 farm access is 5.26 miles . this is the end of the line for the right fork.
Hiking
Daily Hiking Trips can be done on our Private 600 acre farm in Adams county. there is something for everyone from strolling along beautiful Brush Creek to hiking to the top of our 2 Mountains. Nature lovers will love the peace and quiet and abundant wildlife along the way, from Wild Turkey to Whitetail Deer, Birds of prey and everything in between. You can even wait by one of our wildlife feeders along the way just to see what shows up.
Daily Hiking is $30 per day
Primitive Camping
Primitive camping is available at our 600 Acre Private farm as well as overnight camping at select stops along the Brush Creek Kayaking trail.
Camping sites are $40 and include 4 people, additional people can be added to your site for $10 each.
Vacation Rentals
We have 2 Vacation rentals to offer on our property South Lodge and South Lodge Bunkhouse, they can be booked separate or together depending on the size of your crew.
South Lodge is a 3 bedroom 2 bath split level home that will comfortably sleep 6. Amenities include: wifi, washer and dryer, smart tv, fire ring, pool table, central HVAC, Completely stocked kitchen, corn hole boards, grill, hiking on the 600 acre farm is included in the rental and Kayaking and Tubing on the property may be added. More pics will be added later or are available upon request. South Lodge can be rented for just $250 a night or $1300 for the week with no extra cleaning or other fees added. Credit card must be on file in case of damages.
South Lodge Bunkhouse is a 6 bedroom 3 bath rental that sleeps 16 and has an old timey cabin feel, with wooden interior, 2 wood stoves and tons of room for recreation if you like the feel of old style country living this is the one for you. it also has a full kitchen, pool table, corn hole, fire ring and includes hiking. Kayaking and tubing can be added. The Bunkhouse can be rented for just $400 a night or $2400 for the week, No other fees no hidden costs for anything. credit card must be on file in case of damages.
If you have an extra large group then both can be rented together and you will have the whole place to yourselves. Beds for 22 people and cots can be added for even more.
